We at Avibha have a core competencies in manufacturing Stainless Steel parts used in exhaust assembly of EGR Coolers and Catalytic Convertor namely deep drawn Gas boxes, Flanges and Stay parts require multi operation and high precision machining and are Engine fitment which are manufactured without compromising quality at any stages parts are delivered with utmost care and highest standards controls, scratch less, dent free, burr free, 100% Go / NoGo Gauge qualify. We are supplying parts that are being exported to other units of our customer worldwide. Countries namely Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil, UK etc.

All Kinds of Tools & Dies for sheet metal components are being supplied by us for OEMs like Maruti, Honda Etc and for their vendors.  

We have in house design development facility for all kinds of tools namely Blanking Tool, Punching Tool, Cam punching Tool, Piercing, Trimming, Bending, Re strike, Flaring, Notching, Draw, Ist Draw, IInd Draw etc. We have capacity of manufacturing tools for 10Ton 400 Ton Power press. We have experience of Delivering Casting Tools in SG Iron FCD 500 & FC 30 for Oil Pan, Seats, Cross Member, Tordial Tank, Door components, Seat Adjuster, Chassis etc

All variety of Jigs & Fixtures are being supplied by us for OEMs Like Maruti, Honda Etc and for their vendors. We have in house design and development facility for all kinds of fixtures, Panel Checkers in seba wood for individual parts, Receiving Gauge for Assembly parts, Hydraulic Fixtures, Pneumatic Fixtures, Welding Fixtures, Machining Fixtures etc.

In House facility of 10 – 500 Tons sheet metal parts, delivering variety of parts expertise in stainless steel parts to Tier -1 Supplier for major OEM’s Honda, Maruti, Mahindra etc. Majorly Supplying to MNC’s customer from Japan, America, Europe for their INDIA and overseas plants

In house facility of MIG & TIG welding ranging from 250-500 amp. Have supplied two wheelers tubular assembly for HONDA & Yamaha namely Main stand, Foot Rest LH & RH, Side stand, Logistics Frame for export, muffler etc.

In House Facility of Turning components, Vertical Machining components and Horizontal Machining components, for all Fabricated Assemby, Forging Machining and Casting machining parts. Engine Mounting Flanges, Connectors, Axle, Disc Brakes etc.
