Fabrication
- We have a core expertise in fabricated parts for which we are following EN 15085-2 CL1
- We have procured all relevant EN standards which includes EN15085-1,2,3,4,5, EN15614, EN 9606-1, ISO 3834-1,2,5
- Quadra Consulting, has successfully conducted surveillance audit in collaboration with SLV Mannheim Germany and issuance of EN15085-2 CL1 certified by body DVS ZERT GmBH DUSSELDORF GERMANY
- We have documented and implemented our Quality manual with formats.
- We have successfully qualified our WPS, WPQ, PQR as per EN9606-1 in GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW welding thickness 3mm – 24mm For butt & Fillet PA, PB position
- We have our fully functional plant with complete facilities of Fabrication & Machining under one roof
Experience
- We have a rich experience of manufacturing Air reservoir since 2010
- Management has experience of manufacturing domestic LPG cylinders since 1984, Mr. Nishthakar Arya was responsible for complete business activity of M/s Gurera Gas Cylinders LTD. Later on merged in M/s JBM Industries Ltd.
- Avibha has deliver more than 100 thousand air reservoir till date in capacity of 0.5Ltr – 1000Ltr , for various application in field for Railways, Maintenance, Car Washing pumps etc
- At present we offer complete end to end solution from Design till approval from EN standards or IS standards. For all reservoir supplied by us as per our customer requirement
